The Closer’s Key is committed to providing our customers with our high-quality leads a quickly as our methods allow.
In order to fill a customer's lead request promptly and thoroughly, we usually “overmail” the target area of the mailing.
In many cases, we receive more responses than the lender requested. We will always offer these additional leads to the lender first.
However, if the lender decides not to purchase them immediately, we offer them to all of our subscribers as Readi-Leads. Readi-Leads are always delivered immediately, they are exactly like regular Key Leads and they are always first come, first serve.
